Second Paycheck, Good Weekend

So, I got my second paycheck from BUSD. I seriously need to adjust my W4. Almost $400 was taken out for federal tax! My parents accountant had told me to claim zero because he’s afraid I’ll end up owing come tax time. I really do not care. If I do end up owing, it wouldn’t be that much. Besides, I’d rather earn the interest on my money than let the government earn the interest (and pay them with that). So, I am going to adjust my W4 and claim 1, since I depend on myself.
Good Weekend
I had a relatively good weekend. Brianna came over for the weekend. Her parents came over Saturday night for dinner and to hang out. We’d been having trouble with my cheap-ass bed coming apart (the support slats tend to work their way outward from the center and jamming past the center support beam), so her dad helped me come up with a redneck solution in fixing that. Brianna cooked dinner (with some help from her mom) and it turned out really good. Brianna’s mom bought me a million things for the apartment. I have real measuring cups, a trash can, place mats, tongs, and some other stuff I can’t think of at the moment. Brianna’s parents are very cool. I like them a lot, and according to Brianna they like me a lot too…so that’s good.
